Eligibility

  2. By registering on InfluencerBridge, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement and abide by all terms and conditions.

Account Registration and Use

  1. Users must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
  2. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and all activities conducted under their account.
  3. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.

Services Offered

  1. InfluencerBridge connects brands with influencers for collaboration opportunities.
  2. We act as an intermediary and are not responsible for the performance or outcomes of influencer campaigns.
  3. We do not guarantee specific results from collaborations facilitated through our platform.

User Obligations

For Influencers:

  1. Ensure that all promotional content complies with applicable laws, advertising standards, and platform-specific guidelines (e.g., Instagram, YouTube).
  2. Disclose sponsored content in accordance with relevant regulations, including but not limited to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines.
  3. Deliver agreed-upon services to brands in a timely and professional manner.

For Brands:

  1. Provide clear and detailed campaign requirements to influencers.
  2. Ensure prompt payment for services rendered by influencers.
  3. Abide by all applicable advertising laws and regulations.

Payments and Fees

  1. InfluencerBridge may charge service fees for facilitating collaborations.
  2. All payments must be processed through our platform to ensure security and transparency.
  3. Influencers and brands agree to resolve payment disputes through our designated dispute resolution process.

Intellectual Property

  1. Influencers retain ownership of their original content but grant brands a license to use the content for agreed-upon purposes.
  2. Brands retain ownership of their trademarks and materials provided to influencers for campaigns.
  3. Users must not use any content or materials available on the platform without prior written consent.

Prohibited Activities

  1. Users may not:
    • Use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
    • Post or transmit false, misleading, or defamatory content.
    • Violate the intellectual property rights of others.
    • Engage in fraudulent activities or impersonate others.
  2. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited activities.

Termination

  1. Users may terminate their account at any time by contacting us at ashish@influncerbridge.com.
  2. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts for violation of these Terms and Conditions or other policies.
  3. Upon termination, any pending payments or obligations must still be fulfilled.

Limitation of Liability

  1. InfluencerBridge is not liable for:
    • Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform.
    • The conduct or performance of influencers or brands.
    • Delays or interruptions in the availability of the platform.
  2. Users agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from their use of the platform.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or on the platform. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
  2. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Vaishali, Bihar.
